Braden Smith is a Greater New Orleans (GNO) real estate expert. As the owner of GNO Realty and the sole owner of REvitalize Property Solutions—a local real estate investment and development firm—he brings a well-rounded and highly informed perspective to every transaction. As both a licensed broker/REALTOR® and an active real estate investor, Braden has extensive firsthand knowledge of the New Orleans market. He closely tracks market statistics, trends, and shifts, and understands the unique characteristics of each neighborhood, allowing him to effectively guide buyers, sellers, and investors in achieving their goals. Real estate is not just his profession—it is his passion.
Born in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Braden spent part of his childhood in New Jersey before returning to Lake Charles. In 1999, he moved to New Orleans, where he has remained a full-time resident ever since. He graduated from the University of New Orleans with a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Management with a minor in Marketing.
One of Braden’s key differentiators is his background in construction. He grew up in the industry, with both his father and grandfather working as contractors, and has personally built spec homes. This hands-on experience gives him a unique advantage when helping clients identify potential property issues and evaluate renovation opportunities.
Braden is especially comfortable working with contractors, spec builders, renovation buyers, and real estate investors. His combined expertise in construction and real estate allows him to offer valuable insight throughout every stage of the buying, selling, or investment process.
In his free time, Braden enjoys working out, traveling, exploring the outdoors, and experiencing all that New Orleans has to offer with his wife, Hanh, and their dog, Millie.
