David DeFelice

David DeFelice was born and raised locally with family ties spanning the Central to the most southern parishes of Louisiana. He spent two and a half decades performing all levels of management in the culinary and hospitality industry in the New Orleans area. In 2018, he added insurance producer to his resume. In addition to real estate, he has worked in the home improvement and renovation market over several years to gain more knowledge of homeowners’ desires and expectations with repairs and upgrades. David has a true appreciation for the positive impacts that accompany home ownership and investment opportunities. His mission is to take the fear and mystery out of the processes of real estate transactions for his clients.
