Ross Doran

My name is Ross Doran and I am a lifelong resident of Baton Rouge, LA. I graduated from Catholic High School in 2006 and earned a Business Degree from Louisiana State University in 2010. In 2012, I decided to obtain my real estate license.

I love every aspect of real estate from architecture and negotiations to meeting new people. I pride myself on my integrity. I treat all clients, no matter how big or small, with respect, honesty, and loyalty. I will never push a property or sale, no matter what the circumstance. I believe that buyers and sellers should feel comfortable throughout the negotiation process without added pressure from a real estate agent pushing for a closed sale. As your agent, I will guide you in the process of purchasing or selling. When looking for the right Realtor, the person you choose should treat you the same as they would family or friends, but with the firm responsibility of getting you the best deal for your purchase or sale. All of my clients know they have the best representative in their corner.

In 2021, I was nominated by my peers for Male Real Producer of the Year. I have routinely stayed within the top 10% of all agents in the Greater Baton Rouge Area with over 120 total transactions and strive to continue to do so. For the last 5 years, I have worked on numerous investment properties including flips and rentals as well as neighborhood development and build-outs. With extensive knowledge and familiarity with Baton Rouge and the surrounding areas and a passion for real estate, I will work tirelessly for all my clients to make sure they have a smooth, seamless, and as stress-free as possible transaction!
